OUR SERVICES
Evolve U Academy
Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have 10 separate, virtual 90-minute sessions that will engage you in thought-provoking discussions with like-minded colleagues and industry experts about credit union hot topics, operational strategies, and finances that will give you the knowledge necessary to become a leader at your institution.

You will receive resources such as industry related reading materials, recommendations for further professional development, and collaboration with credit union experts.

At the end of the Academy you, with the help of your fellow participants, will use the knowledge gained to put together a well thought-out argument for (or against) one of the current industry hot topics to share with the rest of the participants.
Strategic Planning
Our strategic planning services are designed to help credit unions evolve into community-focused institutions. We work with credit unions to identify their goals and objectives, and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals. We work with credit unions of all sizes, and sessions can range from a few hours to two days. We will produce a report your management team and board of directors can easily follow and use as an Action Plan, not just a placeholder!
